In this highly experiential class, we will explore the basics of drum journeying. If we go back far enough we all have Ancestors who used some form of journeying to communicate with their Ancestors, Nature, the Land, and so on, to receive guidance and healing as a means of maintaining balance, connection, and harmony. Participants will learn the basics of journeying and then embark on a guided journey to meet their Power Animal or Guardian Spirit – a personal spirit guide – and learn how to work in partnership with them to navigate life with greater wisdom, heart, and purpose.

Participants will learn basic protocols for safe and effective journeying and meet a personal Guardian Spirit who will act as your navigator and trusted ally when journeying in the unseen realms.
