Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check (please make checks payable to Heather O’Connell), money order or credit card via Paypal. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. If you are unable to cover the cost of your session/appointment/workshop for any reason please let me know before we meet. See also “Trade” opportunities below.
Workshops: To register for a workshop please email me with your contact information along with contact info for all the participants you are registering and submit a non refundable deposit using one of the payment options below or by clicking on the “pay now” button under the event on the calendar of events page. The balance of your tuition will be collected when we gather for the workshop/before we begin. I do not have a credit card reader, all credit card payments must go through Paypal (see instructions below). If you want to pay the balance of your tuition with a credit card please do so at least 24 hours prior to the workshop. Workshop cancellation policy: Spots are reserved when available upon your request to register. Once your registration request is received you are responsible for submitting your deposit regardless of whether you attend, full registration with deposit is the only way to ensure your participation. Should you decide to not to participate your deposit is non-refundable. If I’m able to fill your spot I will let you know and you are welcome to use your deposit toward another workshop no more than 1 year later, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
Sessions & Readings: Fees are collected upon completion of the session. For long distance sessions, clients will be sent a Paypal invoice upon completion of the service. Payment is due upon receipt. If you’d like to pay for your in person session with a credit card, please do so via Paypal (see instructions below) a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment.

Paypal (All Credit Card) Payments: If you have a Paypal account you can submit your deposit/tuition by visiting www.paypal.me/theyewtree. If you do not have a Paypal account and want to pay with your credit card you can go to the 2016 Calendar and click on the “pay now” button under the event. This will bring you to a payment window, where you can either log into an existing Paypal account or click below the log in window on the blue “pay direct with credit or debit card” link. Work Trade Exchange/Scholarships: I do offer partial worktrade & scholarship opportunities in an effort to support individuals who may not be able to offer part/full monetary compensation for workshops and/or services. These opportunities are not guaranteed and are on a case by case basis. Work trade opportunities for workshops are limited to 2 slots per workshop and are on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Trades for services are to be fulfilled no later than 60 days following your appointment/workshop, unless other arrangements have been made. Please contact me before a session/appointment/workshop to discuss the possibility of an exchange.
